By using the services of Al-Azhar Message Academy for online Quran memorization, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site.

1. Acceptance

By accessing our site or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Children under 18 must be registered under a parent’s supervision.

3. Services provided

We provide online educational services, including:

• Quran memorization lessons.
• Tajweed and qira’at courses.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are monthly or yearly depending on the chosen package.
• Prices may change with 30 days’ prior notice.
• Renewal is automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payment is secure through approved gateways (Stripe).
• All prices include applicable taxes.

5. User conduct

The user agrees to:

• Respect teachers and fellow students.
• Not share offensive or inappropriate content.
• Not use the site for illegal purposes.
• Not impersonate others.
• Keep to lesson times.
• Not share account details with others.
• Respect intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, images, videos, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Al-Azhar Message Academy for online Quran memorization and is protected by copyright law. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Copy or distribute the content without written permission.
• Record the lessons.
• Sell or rent access to the account.
• Use the content for commercial purposes.

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Breach of any of these terms.
• Abusive behaviour towards teachers or students.
• Non-payment of the subscription.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service (maintenance or technical faults may occur).
• Specific results (results depend on the student’s effort).
• That the site is completely free of errors.

9. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes by email. Continuing to use the service after changes means accepting them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these terms will be settled by the competent courts.
