Learn with Ijazah-holding Al-Azhar teachers. Your first 30-minute lesson is free.
Online Quran memorization in Germany with Al-Azhar Message Academy: whether you live in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt or a small town, live one-to-one lessons bring a qualified Al-Azhar teacher to your home, at times that fit German school days and working hours.
How the lessons work
Every lesson is one-to-one and live on Zoom or Google Meet, with a male or female Al-Azhar graduate who holds an ijazah with a connected sanad. Women and girls study with female teachers only (the camera is optional); for boys, parents choose a male or female teacher, and parents can follow their children’s lessons.
The Noor Al-Bayan / Noorani Qaida courses and all qira’at courses are available in Arabic, English and French, so English-speaking children and adults understand the explanations while reading and memorization stay in Arabic.
For children who study in German
Children in Germany go to school in German, and many find reading Arabic hard at first. Explanations can be given in English or Arabic, and German-speaking teachers are also available, while reading and memorization stay in Arabic. German-speaking families can also read our page Koranunterricht online in Deutschland.
Lesson times in German time
Germany uses Central European Time (CET) with summer time (CEST). Your lesson time is agreed in your local time, so it does not change when the clocks change. Lessons after school, in the evening or on Saturday and Sunday mornings are popular.
