Learn with Ijazah-holding Al-Azhar teachers. Your first 30-minute lesson is free.
Online Quran memorization in the USA with Al-Azhar Message Academy: many Muslim families in the United States find it hard to give their children regular, qualified Quran teaching nearby. With live one-to-one online lessons, an Al-Azhar teacher comes to your home at a time that fits your school and work schedule.
How the lessons work
Every lesson is one-to-one and live on Zoom or Google Meet, with a male or female Al-Azhar graduate who holds an ijazah with a connected sanad. Women and girls study with female teachers only (the camera is optional); for boys, parents choose a male or female teacher, and parents can follow their children’s lessons.
The Noor Al-Bayan / Noorani Qaida courses and all qira’at courses are available in Arabic, English and French, so English-speaking children and adults understand the explanations while reading and memorization stay in Arabic.
Lessons in your US time zone
Lessons are booked in your local time, whether you live on the East Coast or the West Coast. Fixing a weekly time that fits school or work helps memorization continue without interruption.

- Set a short daily time for revision and listen to your children recite.
- Let them listen to a skilled reciter for the surahs they are memorizing.
- Start with short surahs, keep a fixed routine and follow the teacher’s notes after each lesson.
